The meeting is over. The summary, the key points and the tasks are already here.
Video calls that live inside the system your work already runs in — instead of one more tool to jump out to and back from.
Yuval is calling you — inside Todo
The office's day-to-day calls don't have to run through personal numbers and WhatsApp groups. Call a teammate from inside the system and their handset rings, the way it would on an ordinary call.
Four tools for one meeting
You call in one tool, chat in another, take notes in a third, and later dig through a fourth to find out what was actually agreed.
From meeting to summary, with nothing done by hand
Meetings, chat and summaries in one place
Everything it takes for a meeting to end with output rather than with one more job — writing up what happened.
Group video and voice calls
Our own infrastructure with a dedicated TURN server and SFU mode for group calls, including screen sharing.
A meeting room with a link and a lobby
Send a link and your guest joins with no account. Anyone arriving from the link waits in the lobby until the room is opened.
Recording stored in the cloud
The recording is finalised automatically when the call ends, stored on S3, and stays available to watch.
Live transcription, per speaker
Audio uploads in chunks and is transcribed as you go, skipping silence and correcting timestamps.
A summary that sizes itself to the call
A one-minute call gets two sentences; an hour-long meeting gets a summary broken up by topic.
Chat that is attached to the project
A conversation group linked to its project, with mentions and tasks surfaced inside the chat itself.
History you can go back to
Every call with its duration, participants, recording, transcript and summary — kept and reachable.
Policy per organisation
Who may edit messages and for how long after sending, and who is allowed to call whom.
A client clicks a link and they're in. That's it.
No account, no download, and no "hold on, it's installing" at the start of every meeting.
The meeting sits where the work is, not in a separate tool
A stack of a calling tool, a chat tool and a task tool that don't know about each other burns hours a week just moving between them. Here it's the same place.
Whoever wasn't in the meeting still knows what happened
When the transcript closes the summary writes itself — and ends with two lists: what was decided, and what needs doing now.
Nobody has to take notes
Audio uploads during the call and is transcribed in chunks, so the transcript is all but ready the moment the meeting ends.
A lesson that's still there after it ends
Run a lesson or a professional session from a link, and the recording, the transcript and the summary stay afterwards for whoever missed it or wants to go back.
Teams where the meeting is part of the work, not a break from it
If someone has to write up what was agreed after the meeting, this was built for you.
Everything you wanted to know
Those are separate from the system you work in. Here the meeting opens from the chat or the project, and the recording, transcript and summary are kept in the same place the work already happens — instead of hunting later for where the file ended up.
No. A guest gets a link and joins from the browser with no account. Anyone arriving from the link waits in the lobby until the room is opened.
A summary paragraph sized to the length of the call, then "key points" — decisions, issues raised and important information — then "tasks", a numbered list of follow-up actions.
No. The summary produces the task list as text, and you decide which of them to turn into a task. There is no automatic creation.
Hebrew. The summary is currently built for Hebrew, which is also what lets it handle Hebrew work conversations better than international tools do.
You can run a lesson as a meeting on a link, record it, and give students the recording, the transcript and the summary. Worth knowing: this is a meeting platform rather than a virtual classroom — there is no shared whiteboard, no breakout rooms, no polls and no attendance register.
The meetings, the recording and the transcription are part of the system. The automatic summary requires an active AI add-on.
Let your next meeting have a summary nobody had to write
Leave your details and we'll walk you through a meeting from the start to the summary that comes out of it.
